Aaron Kyle is a Yoga Instructor and Route Setter from Detroit, Michigan. He began climbing and exploring yoga in 2008 and completed his 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Certification in 2010. He has been sharing his experiences as a climber and yogi ever since.
All classes are open to all abilities. Perfect for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners looking to bridge the worlds of climbing and yoga, each class emphasizes smooth, balanced breath and movement to develop strength, awareness and flexibility. Fundamental alignment and antagonist postures to climbing are taught to keep climbers bodies safe and balanced.
