At 18:30, Caroline Ciavaldini, a renowned climber and North Face ambassador, will inspire us with her talk: „Learning to be Kinder to Yourself as a Climber – A Recipe for Performance?“
Following the talk, there will be a Panel Discussion at 19:15 with Juliane Fritz (Moderation), Caroline, Martha Karpeter & Lainy on the Rocks: Building Confidence as Women* in Climbing.
Climbing can be a confidence booster!

How do we as climbers deal with fear, self doubt and failure?
How can we be not affected by external expectations that we are not able to meet?
How do we respond to social stereotypes that we find in the climbing community?
